The "Annual
Business Meeting" Program is held each April to elect officers
and conduct necessary business.
Programs are scheduled
during the summer for the following year. Program suggestions should be
sent to the Program Chair, P.O. Box 525, Blacksburg, Virginia 24060.

is available here, in local print media, member's email, BRAA newsletters, and reminder
postcards. Last Minute schedule changes are announced by telephone,
email and WVTF radio.
