M.'s Recipe |

Turkey
Spinach Roll-ups
- 2
8-ounce containers of whipped cream cheese
- 6
Tablespoons of Major Grey's Chutney
- 4 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1
bunch of scallions, with some green stems, chopped
- 10
small flour tortillas (1 package)
- 1
pound thinly sliced cooked honey roasted turkey
- 1
6 ounce package of fresh baby spinach leaves, thoroughly washed and
patted dry
One
day in advance:Stir together
the cream cheese, chutney, mayonnaise, and scallions. Spread evenly
over the ten tortillas. Top with turkey and spinach leaves. ( I have
found that putting the spinach down before the turkey makes rolling
easier.) Roll tortillas and lay seam side down in baking dish. Cover
with a damp paper towel and then plastic wrap. Refrigerate.
Serving
Day: Cut a little off the ends of each roll, then cut each
roll into five slices. Yield: about 60 slices

Susanna's Tea Shoppe Recipes 2000.

Why is there a recipe on this website? Because everyone at the Feb.18th
program loved these roll-ups!
