  • Monday, October 20: Delivery of accepted works, 10 am to 6 pm
  • Thursday, October 23: Reception and Awards Presentation, 5 pm
  • Saturday, December 13: End of show
  • Monday, December 15 and Tuesday, December 16: Pick up work between 10 am to 6 pm
