Eligibility • New River Art

Artists eighteen years of age or older residing within a distance of 100 miles from Blacksburg, Floyd, and Pulaski are eligible to enter.

Works in all media (except handicrafts) which have been completed within the past two years and which were executed without supervision may be entered.

Size and weight restrictions vary with exhibition location.
