Receive all dues and other monies paid or credited, Deposit these monies in the name and to the credit of the Association. Write financial reports for each Board Meeting. Write financial reports for Annual Meetingd (April.) Submit a proposed annual budget to the Board.

Keep an accurate account of the proceedings of the meetings of both the Board of Directors and the General Membership, and serve as keeper of such records.
